Pocket is committed to protecting your privacy

Pocket does not connect the electronic traces you leave behind directly to you as a user. Pocket logs the amount of time you spend visiting our web site, but you remain anonymous. Again, Pocket uses this information to administer and upgrade the website. This makes it possible to ensure an even more user-friendly website.

If a fault occurs in the service, you should report it to participating outlets’ Customers Service or Pocket Hotline and we will attempt to correct the fault at the earliest. 

Your access to Pocket may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Rest assured we will do the same during a time convenient to most customers to cause minimum discomfort.
